A 190-meter residential high-rise conceived as a landmark beside Skanderbeg Square, with a twisting geometry inspired by Ricardo Bofill’s family home.

Developed while working at Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura. Overall project authorship belongs to Bofill Arquitectura and the credited collaborators.
