An independent architectural vision for Sector Prim in Sant Martí, Barcelona.

The proposal brings dense housing together with generous pedestrian spaces, everyday shops and shared amenities connected to the park. Shaded loggias, timber alicantina blinds and ceramic entrances draw on Mediterranean building traditions. Colour, curved communal seating and small vaulted pavilions give character to the shared ground between housing and park.
